WYŻSZA SZKOŁA BIZNESU I NAUK O ZDROWIU (WSBINOZ) is the first non-public higher education institution in central Poland that offers health-allied and medical-allied studies as well as business and pedagogy faculties. The world class school facility and an outstanding training atmosphere promoted by highly competent and most distinguished specialist, practitioners and academic teachers guarantee the unique and ambitious curriculum, theoretical knowledge and practical skills so desired in professional life. WSBINOZ conducts numerous researches and educational projects, cooperates with various education and health care institutions, remains locally and regionally active in the field of conference and workshops organization, social work and community elicitation. Prominent and well-qualified managers, determined students and academics guarantee its successful development and involvement in various thematic projects related to development of new ideas and services, curriculum building, preparation course syllabus, elaboration of materials and terminology for thematic courses and others.

 

The Institute for European Educational Initiatives is a university-wide organizational unit established in May 2011, which aims to support and stimulate the sustainable development of a modern and open society.
IEEI is launching partnerships and agreements aimed at social inclusion, promotion of participation in social and public life of children, adolescents and adults, especially 50 + , and the development of volunteering through the organization of training courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, debates and other forms of education.
The aim is to equalize opportunities in access to education, active participation in social life and the development of key competencies that underpin the knowledge society and human resource activities.

The Institute cooperates with local, regional , non-governmental organizations and European educational and training institutions, supporting science and education.

The priority is to use of modern technology in the development of educational tools and the dissemination and implementation of good practices.

ASSOCIAZIONE L'ALBERO DELLA CONOSCENZA ONLUS

The Association "L'albero della conoscenza-Onlus" is an italian national institute for development, research and counselling in the field of education. It is a non-profit organization based in Sicily. The Association's mission is to foster the culture of lifelong learning and education in Italy, attract local communities and help them to remain active in the educational and labor markets, offer them additional courses and workshops as a mean of expanding their knowledge and skills. Core activity covers practical workshops on ICT (use of new technologies, graphics design, web page creation) educational science and inter generational dialogue (communication, learning from others, with others, exchange of experience), foreign languages, manual and art skills development and others. Furthermore, the association concentrates on promotion of active citizenship, knowledge and best practices exchange at European level, cultural exchange as well as on providing learners with opportunity to learn by their own experience, assure . It is operating since 1997 and it has established a fruitful cooperation with  national associations spread all over Italy, educational and training institutions located in different part of Europe. 

 

We offer different services that include different forms of knowledge transmission for adults (training courses,conferences and discussions),  language improvement, informational and promotional activities, support for disadvantaged people and their families, but also national volunteering services for young adults and senior citizens and vocational training. The core activity cover family and inter generational education, teachers training. We have also developed several projects funded by the European community (FSE and LDV). 

Employees are experienced teachers and trainers, well qualified in above mentioned areas (graphic design, teaching, coaching, working with vulnerable groups, art design, communication). Their professional background include working with young people with SEN, handicapped adult citizen, people from socially and economically disadvantage areas.

IntEMA- International Education and Management Association is a teacher’s association who activates mainly in the field of education. We are teachers, trainers and specialists with experience in developing and promoting professional management of projects concerning the community as a whole, supporting research in education, project management, professional conversion and insertion strategies and promotion of human resources, developing training courses related to improve the communication, career counseling, and knowledge about the student’s personality.

Our activity in European projects is relevant; we have been involved in many European projects(1999-2014), international and national networks, conferences, trainings (http://promasprojects.ro).

These objectives translate in a variety of actions, such as:

1. Advocating for the rights and equal chances necessary to all segments of population, including non-literate, persons with disabilities, disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in order to facilitate an equitable access to personal development and career paths compatible with the work market dynamics and the principles of our modern society.
2. Developing and promoting professional management of projects concerning the community as a whole.
3. Supporting research in education, project and programme management, professional conversion and insertion strategies and promotion of human resources.
4. Educating all categories of population by means of lifelong learning on topics such as non-discriminating attitudes and tolerance.
5. Facilitating the participation of adults in education projects and programmes, developing and using the opportunities offered by programmes that promote self-made formative itineraries, as dictated by different social contexts.
6. Stimulating and promoting cooperation relationships with national and international organisms.

Our motivation for taking part in European cooperation activities:

•             Creating channels for successful transition between initial education and further training and career paths which has to include a clear concept of guidance and counselling;

•             Helping learners to develop transversal competences such as social, civic, cultural and intercultural competences in order to adapt to our changing society and the requirements of the labour market by focus activities:

•             Organising training sessions

•             Implementing collaborative team-teaching methods;

•             Developing innovative training offers for teachers, trainers;

•             Developing strategies of Pro-active education for teachers, trainers and other adult education staff who work in adult education

Communication Research and Application Center of Akdeniz University was founded in 2005. The mission of the center is to research, educate and publish about the field of communication in terms of both theoretical aspect and application aspect, especially in inter generational context. Furthermore the center aims to cooperate with national and international organisations dealing with communication and inter generational education to exchange knowledge and transfer of good practices. The center organizes scientific seminars, congress and workshops. It also publishes books, magazines and newspapers, Moreover the center is responsible for the University FM Radio and design and maintenance of thematic web pages and portals.

 

The main objective of the center is to provide a bridge between the university and the city, Antalya. That's why the center gives importance to stakeholder relations and brand recognition of Antalya. It is generally accepted that the universities and research centers should develop and maintain relations with the citizens. From this point of view the center gives importance to the relationship with its stakeholders.

APSHSTDC is a Non Governmental association for international development and cooperation, recognized as a public interest entity, by the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

MISSION

  1. The aim of the association is the design, implementation and support programs and social projects, cultural, environmental, civic and economic, in particular through activities in developing countries to the level of cooperation, humanitarian assistance, emergency relief, the education for development, protection of human rights and peace and respect for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, awareness of public opinion to the need for a more committed relationship to the realities of these countries in accordance with the statute and the Charter of the Non-Governmental Organisations for the Development of the European Union.

  2. Teaching and Higher Education, Advanced and Specialized Training, preparation and participation in certification projects and support the actions of national and international cooperation for development, scientific and technical assistance in the areas of Health, Hygiene and Safety at Work, and prevention of occupational risks.

  3. Promotion and participation in multilateral cooperation or partnership or mobility to support policies and programs of European Development Cooperation - EuropeAid, including Transfer of Knowledge and Innovation, Lifelong Learning, to promote training and education specialist, the socio-professional integration of young people and adults, their empowerment, employment and sustainable growth of the population and most vulnerable families, according to the objectives of the United Nations concerning the Decent Work Agenda and the Global Pact of Employment.

  4. Promotion, monitoring and participation in multilateral projects or in partnership for the development of policies for sustainability, environment and creativity at the level of organizations and contribute to the strengthening of Ethics, Responsibility and Social Entrepreneurship and the defense of national laws applicable, in accordance with international standards ISO.

  5. Promotion and dissemination of the values ​​of Equality between Men and Women, hillsides family, social and professional, through the Education for Development and Information. Participation in projects and activities, awareness and dissemination of integrated interventions aimed at preventing the phenomena of Gender Violence, including domestic violence, trafficking and discrimination of human beings.

Servicio Andaluz de Salud or Andalusian Health Service (SAS) is an autonomous body attached to the Ministry of Health of the Government of Andalusia in the South of Spain. Its mission is to provide public quality health care to the citizens, seeking efficiency and optimum use of resources. SAS has a network of integrated care services and it is organized to ensure the accessibility of the population. There are 1,491 primary care centers, 29 hospitals and more than 80.000 employees. In this project will be involved one of its Health Districts, covering the west Coast of Malaga province. It serves a population of over 400.000, including more than 50.000 people over 65 years old. It is divided in 4 Areas: Benalmadena, Fuengirola- Mijas, Marbella, and Estepona, with 24 Health Centers organized in 12 Clinical Management Units. We provide various services including:

 Medical consultations, specific clinical care of chronic conditions, home visits.

SAS is a coordinator in a LLL project named LLP-SIMBASE (Promotion of ICT enhanced Simulation Based Learning in Healthcare Centres) and participates in several European projects: 7PM-HEALTH-MAGICBULLET, 7PM-HEALTH-FLIP, 7PM-ICT-EMTICS,  7PM-HEALTH-DEVANI, AAL-EXCITE  and 7PM-ICT-GIRAFFPLUS, among others.

Women's Training, Enterprise & Childcare Centre LTD-WOMEN'STEC

WOMEN’STEC is a unique organisation based in Belfast providing non-traditional training skills & opportunities throughout NI that enables women to consider engaging in a range of future career options. TEC stands for Training, Enterprise and Childcare Centre as the organisation provides all of these facilities as well as complimentary resources to women who are socially and economically disadvantaged, ultimately offering them new career perspectives.WOMEN’STEC has successfully run funded projects since the organisation’s establishment in 1994 including government, ESF & trust funded projects. WOMEN’STEC board members have a wealth of experience in project management, with individual members bringing specialist knowledge in the relevant fields of construction, marketing and business. The small staff team have many years of experience in their specialist skills/trades bringing together the necessary knowledge to execute this project with professionalism and attention to detail required to maximise its success. All of our Tutors in non-traditional trades carry a minimum of 10 years experience working in their specialist trade and have excellent reputations as skilled crafts people.WOMEN’STEC provides a community-based setting where women can engage in activities with the potential to lead to employment or business start-up in traditionally male dominated sectors, using qualified tradeswomen as tutors, flexible supported learning and childcare facilities. Some of our training programmes enables women to study skills such as joinery, plumbing, horticulture, civic leadership and IT skills with CV development and job search support. In addition, TradeswomenNI (Social Economy Business) was set up by WOMEN’STEC to provide opportunities for suitably qualified women to enter into flexible self-employment arrangements andalso a point of contact for potential customers wanting work carried out by women, for example, women’s centres, refuges, women living on their own, but also general customers wanting a guaranteed high-quality service.
